About the Show
A brief encounter between two former lovers sets off a chain reaction that reshapes seven intertwined lives in this poignant and uplifting world premiere musical. It’s Never Too Late is a story of reinvention, resilience, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again. As each character confronts the unexpected turns of their past, they discover that the future is still unwritten.
Featuring a moving, melodic score and a richly layered ensemble of characters, the musical bridges generations both onstage and behind the scenes. Written by 94-year-old Lou DiPietro with music by Louis Josephson, the show is living proof that dreams do not fade with time—they deepen, evolve, and wait for their moment to rise again.

The production will feature a 9-piece orchestra with musical direction by Louis Josephson.
Performances at Kelsey Theatre, West Windsor, NJ. $24-$26.
